Job Description
S&P Global is hiring a Lead Data Analyst for its Primary Research team in Mumbai. The role involves collecting and validating unique data directly from companies to support Market Intelligence datasets. This position offers exposure to global teams, external stakeholders, and opportunities for process improvement and automation initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Procure and validate comprehensive information on tracked datasets.
- Engage with external companies via calls and emails to gather missing data.
- Assist in resolving client data verification queries and internal audits.
- Support leadership in managing workflow queues and reviewing team output.
- Provide insights for new collection methods and data enhancement initiatives.
- Collaborate on process improvements, including LEAN and automation projects.
- Stay updated on industry trends and reporting standards relevant to datasets.
Qualifications
- B.Com, BBA, M.Com, or MBA degree required.
- Advanced proficiency in English communication (verbal and written).
- Preferred experience in BPO sector for US-based processes.
- Knowledge or certification in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts including night shifts.
