Job Description

Volvo Group is offering a Graduate Apprentice Trainee position under the National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS). The 1-year program provides practical, hands-on on-the-job training (OJT) for recent graduates, focusing on skill development, mentorship, and exposure to modern applications, processes, and methodologies. Apprentices will also develop soft skills, workplace culture understanding, and organizational behavior. Stipend is provided, but there is no guarantee of employment after completion.

Responsibilities

• Engage with qualified training managers for mentorship and knowledge transfer
• Learn latest applications, processes, and methodologies
• Transition from academic learning to professional work environment
• Develop soft skills, organizational ethics, and workplace culture
• Enhance technical and professional skills during training
• Undertake full-time office-based work during training

Qualifications

• Passout years: 2022, 2023, 2024
• BE/B.Tech in Computer Science, IT, Automobile, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical & Electronics, Electronics & Communication, Embedded Engineering, Electric Vehicle, Industrial Engineering, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Production Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering
• Minimum 65% throughout academics (10th, 12th, and Graduation)
• Preferred skills: Python, AI & ML, UiPath
