Job Description

Join Lam Research’s Global Operations Group as an Engineering Intern to support business process transformation and provide analytical support to regional operations. The role offers hands-on exposure to supply chain, logistics, manufacturing and information systems, and the opportunity to contribute to high-impact operational improvements in a global semiconductor leader.

Responsibilities

• Provide analytical support to Regional Business Operations and help drive process transformation
• Assist with data analysis, reporting, and operational improvement initiatives
• Support workflow tasks that involve gathering, validating and presenting operational data
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process changes and improvements
• Participate in projects to improve efficiency, resilience, and scalability of operations
• Document findings, prepare deliverables, and communicate progress to stakeholders

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Industrial, Chemical, Electrical Engineering or a related field
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and data-handling skills
• Familiarity with engineering fundamentals and interest in operations/supply-chain processes
• Good communication and collaboration skills to work across global teams
• Willingness to learn and contribute to process transformation and automation efforts
• Ability to work in an on-site flex or hybrid model as required
