Job Description

WNS Global Services is seeking an Associate/Sr. Associate to handle inbound and outbound customer calls, provide accurate information, resolve inquiries, and ensure customer satisfaction. The role involves documenting interactions, assisting with account inquiries, and performing upselling/cross-selling based on process requirements in a 24x7 environment, including night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer inquiries and complaints
• Assist customers with product/service questions and account inquiries
• Utilize active listening skills to understand and meet customer needs
• Maintain knowledge of company products, services, policies, and procedures
• Document customer interactions and update records accurately
• Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department
• Upsell and cross-sell products or services as per process requirements
• Meet team and personal performance targets
• Work in a 24x7 environment, including night shifts
