The Space Planning team is responsible for delivering an inspiring in-store experience by creating store-specific adjacency plans and planograms that strategically place products to maximize sales and customer convenience. As an Associate Space Planner, you will manage store-specific adjacency space allocation, leverage data and customer insights, and deliver projects with high quality within timelines.

Responsibilities

• Develop store-specific adjacency plans and planograms leveraging execution guidelines
• Leverage data to allocate appropriate space for product categories and assortments
• Use customer decision trees and presentation architecture to assign adjacencies
• Make store-specific planogram decisions with minimal guidance
• Deliver projects on time with high quality standards
• Collaborate with local and global project leads for seamless communication
• Contribute effectively in a team environment to achieve collective goals

Qualifications

• Graduate degree required
• 1–2 years of experience in related fields
• Strong communication skills to work across local and global teams
• Proficiency in data analysis and ability to use visuals for decision-making
• Excel skills and basic SQL knowledge
• Desired: Experience in store planning/space planning (macro & micro)
• Desired: Retail experience
