Job Description

Birlasoft is seeking an Application Developer with strong hands-on programming experience in React JS and JavaScript. The role involves building and maintaining web applications using modern front-end and back-end technologies, working with Microservices, REST APIs, and cloud environments, and following Agile methodologies in a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain web applications using React JS, Node.js, HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap
• Implement backend services and REST APIs using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices
• Work with Redux toolkit and Context API for state management
• Conduct testing using React testing library, Jest, and other JavaScript libraries
• Follow DevOps processes including CI/CD pipelines
• Collaborate in Agile teams and participate in full software development lifecycle
• Ensure adherence to Secure Software Development Life Cycle (SSDLC) and best practices

Qualifications

• 0-1 years of experience in React JS and JavaScript development
• Good knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and REST services
• Experience with Node.js, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, SCSS, and React testing libraries
• Familiarity with MFE architecture, Maven/Ant/Gradle, and CI/CD pipelines
• Understanding of cloud computing, Docker, and Kubernetes (optional)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Experience in financial domain is a plus
